Win your Dream Trip!

• The seller of a property listed with Alliance Realty Inc. will receive one (1) ticket for every $20,000 of the sale price upon completion of the transaction, i.e. on the closing day.
• The buyer of a property with Alliance Realty Inc. will receive one (1) ticket for each $20,000 of the sale price upon completion of the transaction, i.e. on the closing day.
• In the case of joint ownership, the tickets will be divided equally. Only one name per ticket.
• Tickets will be delivered on the closing day of the real estate transaction and must be deposited in the pyramid located at the Alliance Realty Inc. office before 4:00 pm on the last business day of the month, to participate in the monthly draw. Each person is responsible for returning their tickets before the deadline to have a chance to participate in the draw.
• There will be one finalist per month. On the last business day of each month, except for December, which will have a deadline of December 24, 2025, the draw, made by a special guest, will take place at the Alliance Realty Inc. office to determine the finalist of the month.
• All tickets will remain in the pyramid until the end of the draws, meaning that each participant will have the chance to be a finalist more than once.
• The twelve finalists, accompanied by a guest of their choice, will attend a banquet to be held on December 30, 2025, with the Alliance Realty Inc. team for the grand final draw of the Win your Dream Trip, worth $7,500. Two consolation prizes, one of $1,500 and the other of $1,000, will be awarded. If the winner cannot attend the banquet, said winner must be represented by a person of his or her choice to be eligible for the contest.
• Alliance Realty Inc. disclaims any liability to participants and winners. Alliance Realty Inc. staff may not participate in this promotion.
• Alliance Realty Inc. reserves the right to publish the name of the finalist each month on its social networks.
